Recently when browsing eBay and looking at the normal import stuff, i came across a factory jdm Toyota obd tool, that claims to run on windows 95 and work with mid 90s-2000s jdm Toyota vehicles that use the proprietary toyotastream ecu language.
The computer end of the device (white plug) is a serieal db9 connector, which i already got a usb to db9 cord. im planning on imaging the disk onto a udb drive, and plugging it into my laptop when running a windows 95 emulator, inorder to install the software. i have experience with getting techstrem to run on an emulator, and native windows 10 with the obd2 drivers installed not to the emulator, my questions start somewhere around, should i install the drivers that came with the usb-db9 connector to my navtive operating system on my laptop of the windows 95 emulator, does anyone know is this software is english or japanese?
