Default Missing Spare Fuse. Should I replace it?

2010 Lexus RX450h

I opened the fuse box under the hood and noticed an empty space missing a fuse. Owner's manual shows it's missing a 120A fuse. That seems like a pretty big fuse to be missing & should be replaced ASAP.
It's labeled "Spare" and doesn't have a circuit.
Is there any benefit to installing the 120A Spare fuse?
Is there any harm to installing the 120A Spare fuse?

Try this explanation:

If you are asking about your car's fusebox: Car manufacturers have many options for the same model car. They can produce one fuse panel and one wiring harness for all options (saving production costs) and a particular car with “x” options will have certain fuse slots occupied, while another car of the exact same model, but with “z” options wont have the same fuses.

Home fuse panels are similar in a broad sense. They made various panels with a number of fuse slots (modern panels use circuit breakers) You might have a 10 slot panel in your house using 10 fuses, but your neighbor has a 10 slot fuse panel only using 8. It just depends on the configuration of circuits in a house. (and total electrical load)

If it's labeled as "Spare" and doesn't have a circuit, i dont think there's any benefit to installing the fuse. It won’t hurt to install it, but it’s unnecessary since it’s just a backup spot and not connected to anything. You're probably good without it
