Is Valvoline Restore & Protect a Thing?

Has anyone seen the ads on the new Valvoline Restore & Protect motor oil? Do you think that the claims on deposit removal and protection on future deposits are hyped, just a bit?

But the TV ads look so convincing. Surely, some third party lab will do some testing of this new oil to see if it lives up to the hype.

I saw a jug of Distilled Water with the following labels: "Pure" and "Salt Free".
Given that distilled water is H2O, I wonder how they made it "pure" and "salt free" after distilling it?!!
Any hype is ok to sell a product!!
