Does Anyone have any info, or have done this yet for their LX600? I don’t want to do the plasti dip method so looking for something like this to put on over the OEM hatch emblems.

 

I just ordered these off eBay. No clue if they are the right size or what the quality is but will test it out as soon as my wife’s car comes in.

I have a few messages out to vendors on Ebay with measurements. One answered he may try to get the LEXUS letters in our size; waiting to hear back.

 

I have contacted my local body shop to see if he could/would paint them. He’s still making the determination.

The “Lexus” eBay emblem arrived. I don’t have the car yet so can’t confirm if the size matches but here are the measurements:

The L is about 1 1/8” wide and 3/4” tall. Seems small but can someone confirm the size of the emblem on the vehicle?

 

Ebay Vendor Snail_shop1227 said their LEXUS letters are a little small per my measurement photos.

 

 

These guys messaged me back that they searched pretty hard and can’t find them.


I am 100% sure they can be painted or wrapped though.

 

I also ordered a set of new OEM emblems and will get them painted. My eBay experiment obviously didn’t work, the emblem that came is much smaller than what @RedneckJoe posted. That’s for the help guys.

 

So I originally grabbed a couple of sets of LEXUS emblems from online while waiting for the LX to be delivered but none of them were the correct size, so I just bought the factory emblems & had the painted & here is the finished result. . . .

 

I had the dealership do mine when they did the wheels. Gloss black to match the appearance package.

 

Couldn't find black pearl emblems for sale anywhere so I decided to repaint them myself.

 

Does anyone have close up pics of the appearance package door handles and mirrors? I am about to black mine out and wondering if I should just get those and the window trim.

Doesnt look like an easy job to use black wrap on the mirrors.

 

For our “new/replacement” white 2024 F Sport, I did the following: 1) Replaced the white top of the mirror caps with black mirror caps; 2) Replaced the bright chrome mirror turn signals with dark chrome turn signals; 3) Replaced the white & chrome door handles with black door handles; 4) Replaced the bright chrome window trim pieces with dark chrome pieces; 5) Debadged the rear lift gate and replaced the bright chrome “ LEXUS” with a new painted-black “LEXUS”; 6) Black vinyl wrapped the roof rails, the single front brushed aluminum trim piece, and the three rear brushed aluminum pieces.

Local dealer Assistant Service Manager and Parts Manager were great to work with.
