13 hour road trip
Just completed an 1,800 mile round trip last night in our 2010 LX. Yesterday we drove 800 miles straight (took 13 hours with some stops) and were incredibly comfortable. We've had the LX for about 2 1/2 years but never taken a trip this long before. Can't believe how comfortable it is at 80 mph for such a long stretch of time. I've always had a 4Runner or GX until we upgrade to the LX a couple years ago. Pretty sure we have just become life-long LX/LC owners- it's hard to imagine feeling like that after so much time in any other SUV. Felt safe and very comfortable the entire trip.

Yes indeed. The LX is the way to travel on medium to long distance drives in complete comfort and security. We love our LX.

Haha.
But you know, it's a good idea to stop after a few hours sitting in any vehicle and go walk around a bit to flex those calf muscles and get blood circulated. This is to prevent deep vein thrombosis...... So by the time the LX570 tank runs empty it's time to get out and walk around to flex the calf muscles.
