My 2016 LX seems to have developed a squeal when the easy access (seat going to driving position after startup) happens. Anyone have this issue or knows what kind of grease/oil to use to lubricate? I don't want to use something that's going to gunk up things and make it worse.

I'd use silicone grease...it's clear once applied and won't dry out like some other greases.
