I am pushing the lid to open the auxiliary store to used my usb and is not opening.

Can somebody advise?

Maybe if you had a small rubber suction cup, and push/pulled on it you could get it to pop open.

I pushed the side wall outside and it opened.

Can you also advised what type of format and what type of songs/videos i must have on the SD card to be possible to play on my system?
