Exclamation 2019 Lexus Lx570 Towing Items

I bought a new 2019 LX 570 that was poorly prepared by the selling dealer and missing many items as listed on the sticker. For instance, the remote and Headphones were missing when I went to use the entertainment system. Now I am not finding the Tow Bar and Hitch and the wiring plug beneath the rear bumper. I was provided a 7 to 4 conversion plug and another 4 wire plug with some wire and bare ends on it. However there is no where to plug the 7 to 4 or a tow bar with ball. Is this standard no am I missing more things. I looked on line and that’s a $150 part and the bar and ball another $ 25.00. The language on the cars sticker says Tow hitch with ball mount. Why provide a few parts and not all? I had a clear 7 pin plug on my 2003 Toyota 4 Runner. Thanks

It's not a matter of poor prep by the dealer. The remote and headphones are normally zipped up in the driver's side 3rd row seat...take a look.

The tow bar, hitch, and tow bar are port added options. You buy the ball to fit your trailer.

Did you drive off the dealer's lot without double checking the window sticker?? I'd go back to the dealer and get the parts that should have been installed.

Check what's on the Monroney sticker and send the missing item list to the dealer to order for you free of charge. That's what I did when some of the items including the entire manual set were missing. The dealer ordered and shipped to my home free of charge.

I think you need to look a little harder under the back. The 7 pin connector is under a cap to the right of the tow hitch. You have to get under there to see it.
The 4 wire plug you got is if you add a brake controller. That connects to the harness of the controller and the plug side attached to the connector hidden way up in the left side under the dash. You have to pull pieces of the dash out to find it. It will be held in place by a brown dummy plug I believe.

headphones and rear entertainment remote are inside the left third row seat back pocket
7 pin connector is under the car, on the right side near the tow hitch area

This is my 3rd New Lexus purchase in 5 years from this dealership. So Naturally, at delivery/pickup I did not bend down and look for the wiring of the trailer, etc. I did not even look for the headphones and the remote for the Entertainment system. The dealer has been good to take care of it so I am not worried. I was asking if the wiring was included as I had some pieces like the 7 to 4 plug, so it seemed odd to give you items that didn’t plug anywhere. Thanks
