Lexus Enform Crashes - 2017 LX 570

Drama continues...despite doing all they asked...the thing is still spotty and crashes often. This is my 3rd LX, and likely my last.
Net..net, service in Lexus of Watertown outside of Boston has been a joke and they didn't take the issue seriously despite tons of customer data on the issue. The best they said was that they haven't seen it before but they think it's related to "emoji characters in the contacts of my iPhone causing the issue". Corporate is a joke and they didn't do crap to help me despite making a call.

Im taking delivery of a Rivian in December and hope that solves my LX issue. Disappointed.

Sorry to hear about these woes; I've never had it happen on my 16 though there are a few grumbles my wife complains about (mostly the lurchy 8-speed between 2nd & 3rd gear even after the TSB) that Lexus can't fix..
