Club Lexus water decal?

Scored an old style, white Club Lexus decal/sticker on eBay. It has the circle L (logo) on it.
Is this a water decal or a self adhesive sticker? Not sure how to apply...

If it's one of our original stickers and not an illegitimate copy then it was self adhesive to the exterior glass.

From experience, most of those old stickers don't come off the adhesive backing cleanly 15+ years after being made so you've got probably a 75% chance it'll get destroyed putting it on.

Before I read the body of the original post, I thought this was about a badge earned by those few owners actually taking an LX off-road and fording a creek.
