2009 ML, Android Head unit?

2009 ML, Android Head unit?
I have tried and researched GVIF, Grom V-line, and the Vaistech products. It seems there is no options for upgrading the mark levinson HDD head unit with anything capable of android or phone mirroring. Anyone figure something else out?

A very recent thread here halfway down the page talks about Android in 200 series trucks. Not sure specifically as to a 2009, but lots of links.
