I would avoid the 2008 and 2009 LX. Don't like 1st year cars. Also, 2010 has destination assist. 2008 and 2009 do not. 2010 has USB connector for ipad. 2008 and 2009 have a hard disk to download music to if that option was purchased. If you can, buy a California LX. No rust issues here. I have a 2010 LX with 150K miles and it runs pretty much like new. No rust on it either. Best car I have ever owned!

I've had 7 LC/LX's. I really like them. 
My buying criteria is, quality, reliability, safety and the fact there is not many out there. I kind of laugh when I see people driving Range Rovers. My daughter and son-in-law have 2 RR's one V8 Sport and the other one is the big one. He is a car guy and says he is not impressed but the daughter likes to spend money!!!
