We have been Lexus owners since 1989. My wife is on her 6th LS (2017) and we had a 2002 SC for fun and I have had 3 GX's but picked up a 2017 LX 570 today.
While I believe the LS is the best ride for long highway trips the new LX may be up there in comfort.
Looking forward to gaining great advice on this forum.

 

Congrats on the purchase!! We've owned German vehicles since I can remember, but the missus wanted a BIG vehicle with seating capacity for her daily driver this time around and a minivan wasn't on the list. We just picked up our first Lexus last week - a black/black CPO '16 LX 570. I just joined the forum, but I think you'll find alot of useful info and I hope to be a decent contributor. Cheers!

Congratz! I'm on my first LX and this car is a beast. Total luxury and comfort, can tackle any terrain, and a Zombie mobile to boot.

I was deciding between a 4Runner and GX; couldn't find a decent 4th gen 4R at a reasonable price, didn't like the GX's side open hatch. But at my wife's suggestion one test drive in a LX and I was sold. Best car I've ever owned so far.
