"System Initializing"
2015 LX-570. Started engine, shifted into reverse. Rear view camera came on, as usual. No yellow colored lines appeared, nothing moved as I backed up & turned the steering wheel. A message at the bottom of the screen: "system initializing". A "help" arrow appeared & I clicked it.
Message then read "turn wheel all the way L, then all the way R". I did it, but the "system initializing" message remained.
In the AM, started the car, shifted to reverse, & all the lines were showing as usual, no error message.
BTW, my battery voltage (open circuit) before I started the engine, was 12.45V.
Any explanation for that error message? Could this be the first inkling of a failing (original) battery?
