A/c not blowing driver side only

A/c not blowing driver side only
I did turn off my A/c for two hours while driving one week ago, when i turn it on the ac blows from all sides except driver side (up and down), I haven't tried the heater yet. I had this problem before but it did go as soon as i restarted the engine. I can't figure whats the problem, any ideas?
