Hi guys, can you please help me ID this part?

It's under the side view mirror on both the left and the right side of the car. There should be a plastic part there but it's missing and I'm not sure as to what it's called.

It is called a bolt kit - I know you are wanting the cover, but you will have to order the kit. Use the cover and keep the bolts for later. You can't get them from Lexus - at least I couldn't even after I ordered it from them $14 for the kit. I ended up ordering it from my local Toyota dealer for the land cruiser for $10. It was the same part number. It fit perfectly.
