Default Why did u sign to this forum?

In my another thread I wanted to get the knowledge about another SUVs of another manufacturers. Being for 80-90% satisfied with the quality of Lexus I was disappointed with its tastless (IMHO) design.

I consider the exterior of the car must be equal to the "exterior" of the girl and it is the first factor for me.

I tryed to find some American or Europian forums about nicer SUVs - Cayenne Turbo and BMW X5 ( 2 most beautiful IMHO), Range Rover and Escalade ( much more beautiful than LX570) , ML ( nicer than LX570) , GL and G ( a little bit nicer probably but depends on...)...Audi Q ( nicer probably than LX570) and any forum I visited was full of complains about poor quality, some malfucntions and etc..

This brought me to the thought that one can't rely on any forum because world famous brands such as BMW, Porsche and etc.. can't simply produce just defective cars. Then I remember how and why I appeared here at the forum - because I had some problem in my LX470 and I wanted to ask maybe somebody might help me.

So I want u also participate in this poll but , please, be honest.

I added a couple of additional options to your poll that draws many members to our site.

I'd also suggest that some of your post commentary (such as "tasteless: "much more beautiful " and "nicer than") is only your opinion and is quite subjective. To keep your threads open and not have them become ongoing arguments, I ask that you couch them as such in the future, thanks.

This is a Lexus LX570 forum and full of owners who don't necessarily agree with you. Be polite.

I joined when I had my LX470....

Why, because I wanted to meet other lexus drivers and learn more. I have grown my Lexus/auto knowledge over the past 3-4 years because of Club Lexus. Made many friends, attended the meets, and had a great time!

In my another thread I wanted to get the knowledge about another SUVs of another manufacturers. Being for 80-90% satisfied with the quality of Lexus I was disappointed with its tastless (IMHO) design
It's tasteless to you because its not made to be flashy, that car shouldn't even be on a street, do it a favor and go tear up some dirt tracks, blast through the mud in the rain, go pull a couple trucks out of the sand, please don't insult the car and go to the mall in your LX570!

That car is very capable, never once got stuck in the LX470; from mud - sand, it was a pure monster, when Jeeps where stuck it came to the rescue!

The LX570 is 25% even more advanced and better than the LX470, so in all honesty it can take the abuse, go make it dirty!

Just my thought on the LX470/LX570, the truth is that its a Land Cruiser with an extra ounce of Luxury for those that need and want it, wasn't made to win a beauty contest!

and the LX series can take the abuse, from 3 feet jumps too 1 feet in thick mud it is a trooper! Check the pics out in the LX470 gallery!

Look at this sad LX570,
