Is there a way to have DRL on when the stalk switch is DRL off?

Because the only way I can have DRL at all, is in on Auto, but when I pull in/out of the garage it turns the HIDs on and off, which is not good for it.

The infotainment setting is set to DRL on.

 

I think there is a setting in the navi display where u can set the DRL to be on at all times
