2006 LX470 engine & vsc lights came on
2006 LX470. 155,751 miles. My vehicle was not driven or started since Wed. afternoon, I started it Fri. & the engine light along with both vsc lights came on. I checked gas cap & it’s tight, all fuids look good also. I haven’t had it scanned fr codes yet, I’ve read a lot of this happening on the gx but haven’t seen much about it on the lx? Any advice?

(vsc trc) (vsc off) light
My car was in the garage for a week but then upon recieving it as soon as I moved the car the light came on.
Please advise on what I should do to fix this issue.
