I have a 2001 LX470 and my door locks work when using the key fob but when I press the switch on the drivers door and also on the passengers door the locks will not work. Checked the wiring and it seems fine. Also replaced one of the door switches and it has the same issue. Not sure what to check next but looking at the Instrument ECM.
Also the mirrors do not move very much with the mirror switch. Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions.
