Our LX470 ignition does not make contact, will not start the car and cannot shift gears. Is there a way to disengage the ignition to shift gears so we can move car?

 

On the center console next to your shifter is a square cap. Open that and place the end of your ignition key inside. This will unlook the shifter, and voila, it will ba able to be pushed or towed (flatbed only).
