Question Low beam headlight bulb replacement

Can someone please give me instructions on replacing the low beam bulbs on a '98 LX470? Hate to take to a dealer for something that seems so simple; the projector housing appears to be sealed which is the problem. Appears it can be opened but want to make sure. Thank you.

Its pretty simple, the light bulb is actually changed from inside the engine. Pop the hood and if you look behind the light there is a gray cover, it either twists off or pops off, I forgot. To change the drivers side bulb you need to remove the battery. Both lights shouldn't take more than 15 minutes. Are you putting aftermarket lights in or stock? Good Luck.
