'99 LX 470--Ignition off but radio and electric on

I turn off the ignition, take out the key but the entire electrical system stays on. Including radio, lights etc. Has anyone experience this before? Potential fixes? Thanks.

awkward... when i take my keys out, everything shuts down.

take it to a dealer for an opinion?
