Hey, active person......Beat Sonic has more neg. feedback than just about any "company" on ebay/Yelp/bbb. I don't know how they stay in biz, and they did refund my money within a week, but the pattern calls for insanely lazy=once they get your money, it's almost no contact, sending wrong or defective goods, not having it in the first place. I take being lazy as a compliment b/c I learned the hard way!!!
