Does it come with the plug/harness for the second bulb?

It has the socket but no harness. What would the harness even be for? Unless you have a celsior that portion won’t be PnP I believe.

If you have the harness example (plug and wire) this can then be taped into the turn signal or wired in the parking light wire to come on such as Japan Celsior does. I can imagine it would be difficult to find a plug to to fit the socket or maybe a socket can be customized to fit. Would like to see some pictures of these with the light off to see condition.
