I have the complete set of rear seats from a 1997 LS400 for sale. Head rests, seat base, seat back, and armrest are included. The color is tan. They are in very good condition with only one "poke" of a cut the size of a pinky fingernail. The leather is still quite soft however a little conditioner wouldn't hurt. The seats are located in Salem NH and I don't mind shipping them. (there were other parts on them which explains the awkward impressions, those have since left and the foam returned to normal shape)
