What do you mean by "flickering of warning lights"? The only flickering that I am aware of with these clusters is on the needle and that is because they are a cold cathode fluorescent type lighting. Filament type bulbs should not flicker. Flickering on the filament type bulbs would lead me to think you may have a loose wire somewhere.

No it's a mechanical odometer. You can see it on the bottom right.

Everything seems to work on this. I am mainly selling for people that need needles. I cannot ensure that the fuel gauge works cause I never used it in my own car.
