I am selling the drivetrain from my car. The engine includes everything apart from the alternator. The milage is around 40k (bought a few month ago) and Tranny has 182k miles. everything works fine, tranny does not slip and shifts smooth. It is also equiped with Lextreeme higher stall torque converter (over $200) to launch you off the line a little better (makes car feel a lot lighter then it actually is). The ECU is also included with the engine (very expensive on its own). The whole thing is ready to be dropped into your car and go and am asking $1300 ($1400 for non paying members) so whoever jumps on this deal first gets the dibs. I am posting this here first to let CL people a chance to buy it. Buer pays shipping so prefferably I would sell it locally.

A little update on the engine that I forgot to put down in my first post:

Engine has new timing belt, water pump, sparkplugs, ignition wiring and $400 worth of new gaskets, hoses and pipes (I have a reciept for all of it). It was completely refreshed before it went into my car. The engine is JDM, however, the oil pan is US spec to fit the engine bay.

why arent you installing the engine anymore? i thought you left it up in irvine for that reason

What Retro stated is correct. He just recently installed a low mileage JDM motor. Everything is refreshed and in perfect running condition. I saw it two days ago. Everything are in. Complete.
