LS430 Roof antenna stolen
Can you guys believe that someone had the guts to steal my antenna. I called the dealership to get an estimate on another one and they said it cost $125.00. I WAS STEAMMING!!! Does any one have a connection or website where I can purchase this item(OE) at a much more reasonable price?

Just a couple of things:
1 Don't be mis-led by the eBay ad; the antenna serves only for the Lexus Link system; and Lexus Link is no longer functional.
2 Living without the mast is harmless; ie there is no way for water to get inside the antenna base (or your car interior).
3 The antenna base thread is standard 4mm metric; aka "M4" in the fastener dep't at any hardware store. So you can fashion something to give things a nicer look, until you raise the $ to buy a new (functionless) antenna mast.
4 Maybe your gas mileage will increase due to reduced wind resistance at speed!

Thanks nc356!! It just looks funny without it. I'll figure something out. I have the funds to purchase another one, but I feel that price is ridiculous. I appreciate the response.

If the fitting is 4mm like nc356 said, then you may be able to try one of these for $14 shipped. These antenna's comes with 4mm, 5mm and 6mm adapter screws.

Can you take a photo when your antenna arrives to sow how it looks installed. I may pick one up also if the ift is good. The stubby one looks pretty cool as well as the medium one.
