Remove and clean your Oil Control Valves, and the chamber they fit in.
they are located on the front of each cly. head. SEE photos:
I used mechanical fingers pinching a small rag soaked in carb cleaner to clean the chambers, because they are flexible. IF cleaning fails you might have to replace them (I didnt) just cleaned them REAL good.
good luck with yours..

Did you replace all 4 valves or just one? - if you replaced just one then the fault lie with one of the remaning 3 valves

did you clean out the chamber they fit in? or did you just put the new one in the clogged up chambers??

also pull the codes and give them to me... you dont need to tell me what they are for..

is the problem from the battery, and needed replacement.

is this true??

"the low voltage caused problems in the computer, reading bad values from sensors and really screwing it up."

unable to locate p565, but 1345 is oil control valve, maybe your battery is bad, I cant confirm that. sorry.

this is copied from another post: 2002 Camry: 4cyl.

The only code I ever got is 1656: OCV circuit malfunction. A technician checked and said it was caused by a poor grounding. That code has not returned since then (a few days back). However, I'd still place OCV on the list:

all of my repairing has been on P1345...... I am not sure what P1656 is, or how to locate it.

P1656 OCV Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1)
P1345 VVT Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1)
