It was really easy. There was just a metal plate covering the oil drain. Two screw and it's out. There's a separate metal plate also covering the filter.

Yeah no spare tires in this car....6500 miles on the old set. Lexus give me a free set due to a safety recall on the mounting of the old set.

I'm guessing op got they replaced under the warranty, and they don't allow for any other tire other than the runflat bridgestones.
