Default LS500 vs Audi A8 vs S class (Off road) - stupid topic.

Idiotic behavior, but it was interesting to see how these 3 performed "off road".

proof money can't buy class. I did find this interesting from a Quattro versus other 4wd systems though.

Unsurprising to any, the A8 won, although this test is beyond stupid. borderline funny, but not really.

For fun though, take a guess. Which car do you think "broke down"?

(not the Audi)

Sorry, I don't even know what language this is. The autotranslate didn't work well either. Given the fact the person pulled the engine air filter, it looks like water/mud got sucked through the air intake, and perhaps stopped by the air filter.

If so, that's a very odd problem, symptomatic from a bad design, methinks.

I was just looking at the schematics on the LS engine yesterday and I noticed the turbocharger is near the bottom of the engine. The turbo probably sucked up a bunch of mud. Also, the LS is supposed to have a very low center of gravity so that may add to the problems of driving "off-road"
