Then I would try the dealer tech services. Good luck. But you have credentials to log into the app I presume.

Yes, I can log into the app, but it seems to show limited options. Thanks.

2019 here...I've tried a few times and it doesn't work from the FOB, just the app. Is there a device I can buy to program it? I bought FORScan for my F150 years ago and can go into the ECU/BCM/etc. and program them all individually. I'm sure someone has created one for our cars, no? I hate going to the dealership for simple things. . .

It will only work if it's activated. The Lexus dealership tried to charge me $150 to turn on the feature on my 2022 LS500. (SMH) I paid $35 and bought the cable to connect my laptop to my car and turned it on myself.

Ok, it finally worked for me. I kept trying and it literally took me more than 10 attempts of pressing the lock button 3x and holding it down on the 3rd to get it to start. Now it does it every single time.

@bhunt101 , what program and cable are you using? I would love to do this on my own than kick money to the stealership. . .

I brought this on Amazon. It comes with the program. You can use it to activate everything on your car.
