What wired Android device is everyone using to get Android Auto in your 2018 - 2020+ LS500?
And wondering how easy it is to use - and how reliable it is.
I have heard that a wired connection is better than the Bluetooth, etc. connection.

Im an Apple Guy so I can't vouch for the Android.
That said I have very few issues with the Bluetooth. One might say most Bluetooth "handshakes" are never 100% for all devices.

I use OTTOCAST U2-X Pro. Connects automatically and wirelessly. So convenient without a wire. Only issue is you can't go left and right with the trackpad so you have to go up and down, which can take longer to move around the screen. Annoying but it works.
I tried Carlinkit 4.0 but the screen resolution was off and I couldn't fix it, even through custom resolutions.
