2018 LS 500 - transimssion clunking when put in gear
I recently purchased a 2018 LS500 (36k mileage) from a Porsche dealership. I took the car to a Lexus dealership for a per-purchase inspection. I have noticed a clunk noise when putting in gear and the car was a bit off-level.
I asked the Lexus dealership to check the transmission and the suspension, they ensured me that the car is fine and a bit clunking is normal for this model. (at the time, the car still had 3 weeks of bumper-to-bumper warranty left) and they said the air suspension was out of calibration and they took care of it. When I asked them about the uneven wear of the front tires, they said it is again normal for this car and its suspension is fine (Porsche dealership replaced the tires with new ones later)
After 6 weeks of owning the car, I have noticed the following issues:
1. when start in the morning, the car has rough idling for about a minute while the RPM is higher, then it gets better and the RPM goes lower. And when shut off the car, the whole car shakes a bit (more than my other cars)
2. when putting in gear (R or D), a symphony of noises and clunking starts for a second or two and I feel a knocking at the bottom of the car as well.
3. When braking hard, I hear a clunk noise too.
I test drove a similar year/model car and it had none of those issues/noises
It is worth to mention that,
A. I found out later that the Porsche's mechanic used to work in that Lexus dealership and is a good friend of the Lexus's shop foreman (the same person that ensured me everything is normal for this model). And they talked over the phone about my car when I got the car for the inspection.
B. The Porsche dealership claims that they have replaced the engine oil and the spark plugs
C. Last week when I was replacing the tires to winters, the tire guy told me that the front left tire is all chewed up from the inside and is not safe to drive with it ( the same brand new tire that Porsche put 5 weeks prior)
D. I accidentally talked to the previous owner of the car (he was a friend of my buddy's dad), he traded in the car to get a Porsche. He said the car was fine when he owned it (He was an elderly with zero car passion for cars) but one time the low engine oil pressure alarm poped on which he took it to the dealership.
Now the car has only the power train warranty left, it accelerates with no issues and no other noises I noticed so far. There is no oil leaking and the oil level is in the middle (it might drinking the oil). I booked an appointment with another Lexus dealership for the mentioned issues but I was wondering if you had experienced the same issues and what could be the potential culprit.

Maybe you need to try a wheel alignment. I'm experiencing uneven wear on the inner front tire as well but I haven't had an alignment in almost 2 years, but I'm getting one soon when I change my tires.

I'm still on factory RFTs after 30k and have 6-7/32" left on the tyres. Money well spent.
There is a TSB the clunk:
