We can't tell from your post if this is a power issue, or maybe something else. Defective Door Jamb switches are a common problem on many of the LS460s. The most common manifestation of a defective door jamb switch is the failure to sense an open door and turn on the courtesy light.

I'm thinking its the fuse panel behind the trunk liner on left side near taillight..if its the same issue I had. But one fuse shut down my entire rear armrest controls and trunk courtesy lights

If you blew a fuse, there will be other non-functioning accessories in your car. There is no dedicated fuse for door lights and are tied into other things like door locks, fuel door, etc.
