Hi i want to know, is there any lexus ls 4th gen suitable for lpg conversion , in europe thats quite popular lpg,
i am not sure thats why i ask here is there any engine which can be converted to lpg either hybrid or ordinary petrol engine please advice.

1UR-FE this engine for ls doesnt have direct injection, is it available on all LS or its rare engine.

 

USA EPA regulations hamper legal aftermarket conversion "kits". That would be one reason.

 

i dont live in Usa or Cnada i am in Europe so we use lpg converted cars... i actually have 2 old classic cars with lpg...
and its legal i pass each year mot inspection and i change my lpg tank every 10 years,

 

None use that outside of the Middle East

can log be installed on other common engines for Ls ot its impossible? Are they with double injectirs per cylinder like my gs? My gs have 12 injectors and its v6 engine.

I've never seen this discussed here before. You'll likely have better luck asking a conversion shop in your country. My 2013 LS has both Direct and EFI injection, one of each per cylinder. I imagine you'd find that changing the multiple computer control systems to LP would also be a challenge. As another member mentioned, Middle Eastern market LS use a different engine.

 

Lexus is extremely rare car in my country and specially that model lpg shops doesnt know.

 

There are several shops here in Poland that have done both the 460 and 600. It'll cost you though as you must get a newer generation kit that has its own LPG fuel injector rail due to direct injection. Totally doable.

 

How much it will cost me in Euro ?

 

 

Around here it's something like 8,000-10,000 zł for a 1UR-FSE
