After searching through this forum, I contacted 2 that were in Virginia and New York. One doesn't have an available amp and the other can diagnose the amp and determine if it needs repair of the problems stems from the radio itself. Amp repair is $725 (as of 12/2021) and if the radio needs fixing, that starts at $125 - which I would have to remove myself and mail to them so they can test it alongside the amp.
I have also contacted used and repair services on eBay. Prices are more affordable but I feel I'm taking a chance.
Need time to think about this and maybe, just maybe, I can find a repair service somewhere close to home...Texas
I have contacted United Radio and 1 Factory Radio.
I'm going to have to think hard before buying another Lexus with an ML system.
