Default from Iphone to android. How to play music on bluetooth

2014 LS 460 with Mark Levinson.
I had an Iphone that I could use the phone and play music on my itunes that was stored on the iphone through the system.
I just got an android phone. How can I store my music on the android phone and create playlists like I did on the Iphone itunes?
I don't want to stream music, I want to store the music on the phone itself.
Thanks for any help.

You probably can store the files on your phone itself, and access them from the YouTube Music app by telling it where to look in settings. You can set the toggle in the app to only play/show downloaded items aka things on your phone.

I would consider uploading your music with YouTube Music and your Google account, which makes it available on the cloud, available on any device, and via the browser app as well. You can create a playlist in the app, and then click download to have it locally. If you get another device, you just sync up your account, and in the app your playlists are still there, and you just click download again to get the files on that device. In addition, you show/play only downloaded items as mentioned above.
