2012 LS 460 I just got a message to change my oil. The oil checks full and is clean. I changed the oil about 4 months ago and maybe 3000 miles. Any ideas? Thanks

Did you reset the oil service light when you last changed the oil?

 

I’ll tell you what, there’s a few things I can’t stand in “modern” automobiles...oil reset lights and tire pressure monitors. I wouldn’t mind if they all were standard/the same, but they’re all different and some of them try to make it like you’re building the space shuttle, or trying to split an atom. I remember some Ford and Nissans that were very confusing.
