IPhone 12 and audio connectivity

Does anyone have an issue? My wife just upgraded and can get calls through bluetooth, but it won't connect as a portable player. Have deleted all other devices. My Android still works with calls and audio. Any ideas or suggestions?

Remove device from the car and forget the Lexus on the iPhone 12 Bluetooth settings. Then start from the beginning. Allow all access to both when pairing
