Default 2014 LS460 AWD transfer case leaking - Replace.

How difficult is it to replace the transfer case on my 2009 LS460? My case has a slow leak at the halves of the case and instead of tearing the case apart to replace the gasket, I see there are a ton of replacements on ebay that are cheap, ready to go. The job seems straight forward but what should I watch for? Thanks

Do you have photos of the leak? I have a 2014 LS460 and today I drained the transfer case fluid and filled up with Ravelon 75W oil. Didn’t replace the washers as they looked like good metal washers. I did notice a slight “wet” spot on bottom of transfer case but the seals looked fine…btw only 42k on the car..
