I don't know if it's possible or not on an LS as I haven't changed the plugs yet on my '11, but can the plug/coil wires be reinstalled out of order? This would explain the additional misfires after the new plugs were installed. Whatever the cause, it seems to me the thread starter is lost, just guessing at the problem and throwing $ at it and hoping.

It cant be the wiring issue as the engine bay ia compact and you cant go wrong with the order ig ignition coils can go bad but its very easy to switch them or take the readings . I feel it can be the leak because the heat in dubai melts everyting
Thank you all. The other thing I noticed misfire is only happening when the car is stop at traffic light or if am driving slow internal community road.
Your car needs a proper service! You either need to find a good mechanic or figure it out yourself. By the way, have you cleaned MFCs? Did you make sure that MFCs are connected and installed properly?

Just an update. Today morning I started the car it was making a loud sound from the engine bay like something was slipping or grinding guys really I don't know what to do now. I am going to take a car on rent for and park it at some mechanic.
Did you try to put in drive and see if the noise goes away or rev the engine ? Because i have a feel these both can be different issues
It's consistent when I start the car it goes away in few seconds or if I switch off the ac if I drive or rev the engine it doesn't change it's consistent.

Thank you for the reply. An update on the whole situation.
Recently I noticed that the it was taking a slow start in the morning. So I changed the battery even the existing battery health was good. So it reset the ECU when we take out the battery for the replacement. The check engine light was gone and car was running smooth for like a day or so and then today check engine light came back on and it started to misfire and stuff and then again after 10mints it was smooth no misfires. So now as I was parking the car the it started again.
So question is can someone place vacuum lines wrong or something. Because when I turn on the ac it seem like it car is trying to bring the Rpm up but it feels like it's struggling with it.

Today check engine light was gone for an hour and came back when I parked.
I noticed a wired been cut and tapped for passenger side head connector which connects with cam or something can that cause the issue. I find it out when it was done by the guy who put the gas kit. He said the connector was broken and replaced it with one he had in shop now am completely lost
