Default Steering rack noise?

Hey all!
With the past few months I've started noticing a low level squeak or squealing noise when the steering wheel has to go lock to lock like when leaving my garage or turning onto a street. It's not too loud but it's there. I have the LS with AWD and air suspension.

I believe the steering rack is a sealed system but does anyone have any ideas? Maybe grease or WD40 the steering wheel connection to the rack?

Is the noise present once you reach on of the lock points?

It's present during the entire turning motion - kind of sounds like a mattress squeaking as you turn lock to lock. Once you reach lock position there is no noise. Steering itself is fine otherwise - just an annoying noise. Like a wear and tear noise that reveals itself over time.

I would start with ball joints, control arms, inner and outer tie rods.
