My current Model ID is 11LHENNA-BZ01, Nav : V6614000, Bluetooth 21.210. What is the latest version that is available for my model. My local dealer has not even called me back on the matter. I also tried to subscribe to Safety Connect and I was informed that I needed to have the dealer do a free DCM upgrade. My second question is about the DCM relationship to the Navigation system. Would the DCM need to be done prior to the Navigation update?

Latest e-mail describes the "sunsetting" of the 3G networks that all 2017 and older Lexi use
for the telematic Lexus Enform feature. Press the overhead "SOS" button and the voice will
tell you that you have no service and to get an operator please press the button again. Now
you will have an operator tell you that you may subscribe but only until 10/31/2022.
