I have done only front ones on my AWD. I used OEM bushings. Part numbers for AWD and RWD front sway bar bushings are different. The Lexus catalog does not state that AWD and RWD front sway bar bushings are interchangeable.

On my AWD it looks like the rear bushings aren’t replaceable. You’d have to buy the whole bar from Toyota and drop the rear cradle to change it out. Designed for assembly, not service.

It seems that w\ air LS uses different sway bar link bushings than w\o air. I believe, Back and Arnley makes rear sway bar bushings for cars w\o air suspension.
