That hose goes in one of air struts.

I did my front air struts not so long ago. I didn't measure the size of tubing though. Why do you need to know the size?

I want to connect airlift to oem bags, and thinking about making custom fitting oem bag to airlift

You will need that specific shape that you have circled for the line to fit into the bag. A regular cut air line will not connect to the bag and fill it.

You could buy an used set of lines and use couplers to connect an aftermarket system to OEM struts.
