2013-ish, convert HID to LED headlighting?

2013-ish, convert HID to LED headlighting?
thinking of buying a 2010-2012 or 2013-2015 LS460, which come with BiXenon HID headlamps.... has anyone converted these to LED ? what specifically did you use, and were you happy with the results ? I probably wouldn't bother with the conversion until the HID start to give problems....

Having had a 2015 LS with HIDs and a 2017 with LEDs, I wouldn't bother. The LEDs are better, but not hugely so and the cost of replacing an HID bulb once every 7 or 8 years maybe is much smaller than an LED retrofit.
