I have a bad front air strut on my 460l right front is totally collapsed can I just replace the fronts with coil overs for now an drive it till I get the time to do rears ? Will rear still stay aired up as long as I plug front airlines ? Are they high pressure ?

I did the opposite (air front, coils in rear, plugged air lines) and it’s been working just fine for me for the last 500 miles. In fact, I even tried seeing how the car would drive with one coil strut and three air struts and it drove fine that way too!

I used silicone tube caps (from harbor freight). I doubled up on them and then zip tied it. The front air struts operate as normal. But when I use height high then I hear a little air squeak past the caps on the rear air lines so I avoid the height high setting when I can help it. I don’t think there are front and rear compressors, just one compressor doing everything.
