If I was you I would be pretty livid about Lexus charging me £1100 for a badge I didn't need, and then a further £110 to "calibrate" a plastic badge which they lied about having electronic components. So you have cruise control, but not the radar cruise / PCS package then?

 

Just an update great news it’s all working as normal now finally the issue was a brake switch apparently the car has 2 of them only one of them will show up on the diagnostic machine and the other switch will not show up on the machine after replacing the switch she works great I couldn’t be more happy.

The car does have a radar behind the badge I would just like to say a big thank you for all the people who shared their input to try and help me solve the problem but I guess from this we will all have learned something and out of this I would say never trust a Lexus Dealer now they wonder why we end up going to back street garages that obviously know more than them.

Hey @da51gns good to hear you managed to fix this! I have the exact same issue and the same thing with 1 out of 2 switches not working shows up in the Techstream. I know that one brake switch is mounted on the brake pedal, but can you help me with location with the other one?
